DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
Hong Kong is not well served with Gluten Free products. Everyone is family and deserves to be looked after at Glory Dough with the same legendary hospitality my family has always shown.
Therefore, Gluten Free bread is currently under development and will be on sale when we're happy that you will be happy.
In the meantime, our Ricciarelli, Orange & Almond Cake as well as the latest addition of Jaffa Cake are proudly Gluten Free.
If you have any special requests, send them our way and we’ll do our best to look after you.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Absolutely no artificial preservatives are used. We like to keep things as healthy and natural as possible.
For guidance on best before dates, please refer to the label on your purchase.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
All of our loaves of bread are best stored in an airtight bag or container in the fridge. We like to slice the loaf and then place it in a zip lock bag in the fridge extending shelf life.
All of our biscotti,, ricciarelli and other biscuits are best stored in an airtight container or biscuit tin in a cool and dark cupboard.
Vanillekippferl are the only exception and are highly recommended to be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
The Jaffa Cake and Orange & Almond Cake are also best stored in the fridge wrapped in aluminium foil.
WHEN & WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently offer delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and selected Island Areas. Please refer to the Shop page for further details.
Pickup is available at our Kennedy Town food factory.
Orders of over $300 receive free delivery.
For customers requiring the service, a courier can be arranged for delivery on a COD basis.
Delivery dates are announced on the Glory Dough Instagram as well as Glory Dough website around the 20th day of each month for the month ahead.
